Service of legal process can have no room for error. The awarding of a judgement occurs only after good service is completed. This can, at times, contain elements of surveillance and skip tracing. Both we have done for 20 years. When service is completed, a notarized affidavit of service is prepared. All is usually done within 48hrs. of receipt. If for some reason the subject is not served, you will not be charged.
All quoted fees include time and mileage, there will be no hidden charges.
